Archives is set to feature archive materials based on specific timeline beginning 1989 up to most current, available and important materials the College Library can acquire from SISC departments until it grows in number and impacts information and research undertakings of the academic community.

To achieve the objective of this participatory action research, the research group shall discuss the intentions of this undertaking with academic heads and/or Council of Deans enabling the research group to establish the SISC's first archives room; encourage academic heads to identify archives that can be endorsed to the Library where there is an archives room as repository; and, confer with them about archives access restrictions.
