CHED-endorsed, CPD-based QMS library seminar is on August 18
Learning Service Providers namely Dr. Marl V. Ferenal (SISC President-Quality Management Representative) & Ms. Mary Jane M. Valero (PSB First Vice President, Customer Experience Head) will deliver CPD lectures on August 18 for the CPD-based & CHED-endorsed Seminar-workshop on "Quality Management & Productivity Tools for Libraries, Library Personnel & Other Information Professionals" aims at assisting libraries, librarians and other information professionals to:
To acquire knowledge on QMS and ensure quality consciousness over completion of documentation and implementation of mechanisms to ensure improvement in accordance with the requirements and exceed user expectations; and,
To apply QMS best practices and productivity tools with reference to user identification, information needs, selection of resources, acquisition, cataloging, classification, user services, reference services, national and international collaboration activities and the like.
