It is very beneficial to have enriched oneself and updated own body of ISO knowledge with the recently concluded training on ISO 2015 Risk Based Management last July 27-28, 2017.

Uncertainty particularly in achieving College Library's KRA targets through "providing library clients with conforming goods and services and enhancing customer satisfaction" may be addressed with one's readiness having that proactive culture of prevention and improvement in identifying issues while foreseeing risks and opportunities.
