Library tour & benchmarking in Wow Taipei libraries, Taiwan

From May 23 to 27, College library coordinator Mr. Roderick B. Ramos enjoyed and learned a lot from a week-long library benchmarking tour in the certified wow libraries of Taipei, Taiwan. More than thirty-eight (38) library personnel joined this international library benchmarking of the "caring & nurturing PRC accredited CPD provider named the MUNPARLAS LIBRARY ASSOCIATION, INC. with around 25 participating institutions.
